Rates
Virtual Assistance by the Hour
Many companies and individuals need virtual assistance on an occasional basis. Many of our services are billed on an hourly basis. Time on task is billed to the nearest 15 minute increment. Minimum of 2 hours of service must be purchased. Our Standard hourly rate is $30.
Hourly rates are invoiced on the 1st and 16th of the month with payment due upon receipt of invoice. Invoices must be paid in full in order for work to continue. Invoices will be sent via e-mail or fax at the client’s request and are payable via online through PayPal or postal mail with certified checks or money order (See Payment section below).
All expenses will be charged separately.

Virtual Assistance by the Project
Per-project rates are invoiced at 50% upon client acceptance of total project cost estimate. The project will commence upon receipt of initial payment with the remaining balance due upon completion of work order. Final project will be turned over to the client upon receipt of balance due.
Please contact us for our current rates. All expenses will be charged separately (postage, envelopes, office supplies, long distance, etc).
Virtual Assistant Retainer Plans
For business clients requiring virtual services on a regular basis, we offer discounts on monthly packages. Retainer packages are perfect for clients who require a set number of hours of services per month. The hourly rate is discounted as follows:
| Bronze Package | 10 hours/ month | $285 | (5% discount off hourly rate) |
| Silver Package | 20 hours/ month | $540 | (10% discount off hourly rate) |
| Gold Package | 30 hours/ month | $765 | (15% discount off hourly rate) |
| Platinum Package | 40 hours/ month | $960 | (20% discount off hourly rate) |
Any unused time will not roll over to the next month.
Our Virtual Assistant Retainer Plans include any services within our Internet Marketing and Social Media Marketing categories. Web and Graphic Design Services are excluded from the plans and require a separate price quote (see below).
Web Design, Graphic Design and Specialized Services
Web Design, Graphic Design and specialized services are not included in the stated hourly rate and estimated costs for these projects shall be provided individually. All prices are quoted in US dollars. Website Design Maintenance, Graphic Design Changes or New Change Orders are billed at our standard hourly rate of $50/hr. We bill in 15 min increments. Minimum of one hour of service must be purchased.

Payments
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover payments through PayPal or checks via postal mail. Invoices will be submitted via email or fax. Payment is due upon receipt. First projects for new clients and all projects over $200 require a 50% retainer.
Note: You do not need a paypal account to make payment using your VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. There are no hidden fees.
