Lisa Santos -Founder/Virtual Assistant

Lisa Santos, founder of LS Virtual Assistant Services, LLC, has over 15 years of work experience in the areas of applications development, web design and development, quality assurance testing, administrative support, customer service, sales and internet marketing.  She earned a Bachelors degree in Information Systems with a specialization in Applications Development at Virginia Commonwealth University.

Lisa after years of being in corporate America decided it was time to become an entrepreneur. Realizing her skills could be used from virtually anywhere, she studied the virtual assistant industry and discovered her niche business within internet marketing and social media marketing. During summer 2010, she received her certification as an Internet Marketing Virtual Assistant from VAClassroom.Com. She is currently seeking her certification as a Social Media Specialist. She is truly excited about the opportunity she has to provide virtual assistance services within her niche to small businesses and other entrepreneurs world-wide. Her mission is to satisfy each and every client and build long lasting business relationships for years to come.

Lisa works closely with her brother and business partner Jimmy Santos to service and consult clients.  She has a small team of VAs that specialize in different areas of online marketing and web design.  They are always looking for talented people to join the team.

When Lisa is not working, she loves to spend time with family/friends, enjoying outdoor activities, playing board games,  reading and exercising for optimal health.

Jimmy Santos – Co-Founder/Sales and Phone Support

Jimmy brings to our team, 10 years of a sales and customer service experience from the retail and telecommunications industries.  He knows just what to say to your prospects to become your client or business partner.  Jimmy has a very down to earth tone when he speaks that allows him to build rapport immediately with people.  If you are looking for someone to close your prospects effectively, then Jimmy is the right person for the job!
